If you ever wanted to find out what it would sound like if Slayer got into a fight with Flogging Molly on stage, after which they decide to patch things up with a bottle of vodka, listen to Chain of Dogs. Their energetic mix of folk, metal and punk is a guaranteed recipe for a party on stage and in front of it. Chain of Dogs are from the south of the Netherlands and have regularly played or toured with internationally acclaimed bands like Heidevolk, Arkona, Suidakra and Finsterforst and have been present at many festivals such as Occultfest or Black Troll Winterfest.

A CD called “Gebroake, Gehange en Gewroake” has been released on German metal label Witches Brew in december 2010, containing 11 songs about the history of the province of Limburg, the books of Steven Erikson and the necessity of eating fresh hobbit.

Early 2014 will see a compilation cd containing several EP's, some demo material and unreleased stuff, also on Witches Brew. For later in 2014 a vinyl EP, "The Hobbit Killer", and a full length cd are planned.
