No Need For Armor was started in early 2011. By the end of 2012 the band was wore put from playing 2 to 3 shows a week every week so we took a long hiatus. During the hiatus out old vocalist Bret moved to Florida to live their which left No Need without a vocalist. No Need For Armor never actually had a bass player. We have had a few but none ever really stuck around long enough to count. Corey had a guy he used to play music with as a kid who was I fact a really bad ass bass player so after a few talked and a few time being turned down eventually Peter said he would come play bass. So, he did. So for the vocalist corey was working with a child hood friend in Alabama and while they were their Corey brought it up to Chase. Chase was excited and immediately began working on his vocals.

After about 5 or 6 months in Alabama Corey and Chase came back with one thing on their mind. Make No Need For Armor and actively playing band again and this time better than the last go around. After much work and weeks of mixing and fixing things they finally released their irat single from the upcoming EP Origins. The song Afterglow is still fresh to the scene right now and they also released it on iTunes so go download your copy today. We are currently booking shows again and looking to start playing more out of state shows this go around and eventually tour.

So hopefully we can make it to a town near you sometime in the near future. We hope to eventually get a record deal as do most musicians but were in no rush for one it will come if it's meant to and if not we will do everything we can to do what we can without one.
